IT Support Executive | Changi | Up to $3600 + Bonus | #9398

• Salary: $3,200 – $3,600
• Contract Period: 1-year contract
• Bonus: 1-month completion bonus (subject to performance)

• Provide day-to-day IT helpdesk support (Level 1) to resolve user issues and service requests
• Liaise with Level 2 Managed Service Providers for escalated technical issues
• Adhere to and enforce standard IT policies and processes
• Support and maintain Microsoft O365, Azure, and other software platforms in the environment
• Manage IT onboarding and offboarding, including setup of user accounts, laptops, and accessories
• Provide support for IT assets, AV equipment, and printers
• Coordinate with vendors for repair and replacement of faulty hardware
• Maintain accurate documentation for IT helpdesk operations
• Track and manage IT assets and software inventory
• Perform backup and restore activities when required
• Support IT setup for Townhall sessions and high-level meetings
• Assist in power shutdown activities and IT-related events
• Track payments and prepare IT payment vouchers
• Support department initiatives and ad-hoc tasks as assigned

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Preferred certifications: CompTIA IT Fundamentals, CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in a Technical Support or IT Helpdesk role
• Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft O365 and Azure environments
• Good communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with end-users
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight timelines
