Assistant/ Business Process Improvement Manager (Business Process Reengineering) - Geylang

Responsibilities
- Deliver Business Excellence and Sustainability strategy to support certifications, continuous improvement, and process re-engineering
- Facilitate business process and job redesign projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with teams to remove waste, streamline processes, and improve job design
- Use emerging technologies like AI to enhance automation and data analysis
- Map business processes to identify gaps and integrate improvement opportunities
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma and Change Management
- Lead improvement projects to boost productivity, cut costs, improve accuracy, and increase capacity
- Apply Lean Six Sigma and Business Process Management to support operational excellence
- Manage projects to identify and implement efficiency improvements and role redesign
- Support annual ISO certification exercises (e.g., Quality, Safety, BCM, Security, Anti-Bribery)
- Act as audit liaison, follow up on corrective actions, and ensure closure
- Conduct risk assessments with stakeholders to ensure compliance and mitigate risks
- Plan and lead tabletop exercises to test incident response effectiveness
- Perform other assigned tasks as needed
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Logistics or Lean Manufacturing with hands-on process improvement work
- ISO Internal Auditor certification required; Lead Auditor preferred
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification will be an added advantage
