• Recruitment Consultancy
• Insurance / Financial Advisory
• Basic up $3500 + high commission
• 5 working days, office hours

Recruitment Sales Consultant

Job Scope:

• Handle enquiries from employers regarding hiring of MDWs
• Understand employer requirements and recommend suitable candidates
• Meet monthly sales targets and agency revenue objectives
• Handle job offers, remuneration, and employment terms with clients and helpers
• Advise clients on market trends, employment rules, and FDW regulations
• Develop new client relationships and maintain existing accounts
• Collaborate with team members across branches to achieve agency goals

Requirements:

• CEI Certificate holders preferred
• Entry levels are welcomed, training provided

Financial Advisor (Insurance Agent)

Job Scope:

• Provide professional financial and insurance advisory services by understanding clients’ financial goals, risk profiles, and protection needs.
• Conduct thorough needs analysis and recommend suitable insurance and financial solutions, including life, health, and general insurance products.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular reviews, follow-ups, and personalised financial planning.
• Achieve individual sales targets while adhering to company guidelines and industry regulations.

Requirements:

• Min diploma in Business Management or equivalent
• No experience welcome
• RES5, M9, M9A & RES5 certifications are a bonus
