You'll be at the helm of a high-impact team, guiding independent credit evaluations and approvals, while exercising delegated authority across complex transactions. Your role will span thought leadership, process transformation, and strategic oversight, including shaping underwriting standards and portfolio metrics.
You'll work closely with business units to balance client needs with sound risk management, represent the organisation in key regulatory and industry forums. Beyond technical leadership, you'll also play a pivotal role in talent acquisition and development, ensuring your team remains future-ready and resilient.
