Marketing Executive (Offline Activities & Membership Projects)

Location: Somerset

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 6:00pm (occasionally may involve weekends/retail hours)

We are looking for a Marketing Executive who will support the Head of Marketing in executing offline marketing initiatives and member engagement activities. You will be involved in everything from print media, event execution, and partner collaborations to supporting loyalty programs and campaign materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage offline marketing efforts such as print ads, outdoor media, in-store promotions, and event support
• Conceptualise and produce print marketing collateral (e.g. brochures, posters, printed sales kits)
• Coordinate and support commercial and company events (approx. 2–3 commercial and 4–5 internal events yearly; subject to campaign needs)
• Work closely with partners, vendors and suppliers for collaborations and campaign execution
• Assist in initiatives related to establishing and running a membership club (e.g. setting up sign-up promos, managing perks, supporting loyalty-building activities)
• Ensure perks and promotions are operationally simple and easy to communicate to both staff and customers
• Upload content across company's internal and external platforms
• Review and double-check marketing materials before roll-out
• Provide ad-hoc support to Head of Marketing across all campaign and project needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in offline marketing and events
• Prior experience in skincare, wellness or beauty industries is a strong advantage
• Proficient in MS Office; design software knowledge is a bonus
