Education &Training Services Provider

☑ Salary: Basic Up $2800 + VB
☑ Working hours: Mon - Fri, 9.00am-6pm , Sat/Sun 9am-1pm (will be rotating to work either Sat or Sunday each week)

☑ Work Location: Bendemeer

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries (walk-in, phone, email) and manage corporate client accounts.
  • Resolve customer feedback, complaints, and conflicts professionally.
  • Manage training administration (course registration, verification, documentation, logistics).
  • Follow up on enrolments and outstanding payments with customers and coordinate with finance.
  • Maintain accurate records for all registrations (hardcopy & e-filing).
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (MOM, SSG, etc.) and proper process handover.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
  • At least 1 year customer service or contact centre experience preferred.
  • Customer-oriented, detail-focused, and strong in follow-up and organization skills.
