☑ Salary: Basic Up $2800 + VB☑ Working hours: Mon - Fri, 9.00am-6pm , Sat/Sun 9am-1pm (will be rotating to work either Sat or Sunday each week)
☑ Work Location: Bendemeer
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries (walk-in, phone, email) and manage corporate client accounts.
- Resolve customer feedback, complaints, and conflicts professionally.
- Manage training administration (course registration, verification, documentation, logistics).
- Follow up on enrolments and outstanding payments with customers and coordinate with finance.
- Maintain accurate records for all registrations (hardcopy & e-filing).
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (MOM, SSG, etc.) and proper process handover.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
- At least 1 year customer service or contact centre experience preferred.
- Customer-oriented, detail-focused, and strong in follow-up and organization skills.
