- Construction Supervision: Lead and supervise daily civil and steel structure construction activities, managing contractors and subcontractors to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Design Review: Review, comment on, and approve design drawings and reports from design firms before they are issued for construction.
- Quality & Safety Control: Enforce strict Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) requirements and conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with building codes and pharmaceutical standards.
- Technical Problem Resolution: Act as a subject matter expert, resolving on-site technical deviations and anomalies.
- Project Scheduling: Monitor project timelines, progress, and resource availability to ensure on-time delivery of projects.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, inspections, and safety procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, relevant work experience in construction, with experience in the pharmaceutical, chemical, or similar industrial construction industry.
- Proficiency in reviewing construction plans, CAD, or modeling software.
