Site Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full project cycle from start to handover ensuring timely completion, high quality standards and client satisfaction.
• Plan project schedules, manage timelines, budgets, documentation and ensure projects stay within scope and cost.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, workmanship, quality control, and resolve site issues promptly.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely updates and responses to queries.
• Coordinate closely with designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams on design intent, materials, schedules, and workflow.
• Manage and supervise subcontractors; ensure clear scope of work and adherence to project requirements.
• Attend site meetings and liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review and interpret 2D drawings, technical specifications and assist in material selection and costing/negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Support the preparation of quotations, work schedules, material / moodboards and other project-related documents when required.
• Assist Sales Designers in the interior design scope.
• Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and escalate critical issues when necessary.
• Participate in ad-hoc tasks or additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing interior design, renovation, or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore's interior construction processes, materials, and vendor / subcontractor management.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple ongoing projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong project coordination, site management and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin is an advantage (for liaising with directors, clients, and contractors).
• Possession of a personal vehicle is an added advantage.
