- Diploma holder with relevant working experiences
- Some experience or knowledge in Office Administration or Logistics
- Good organizational capabilities
- Good communication skills to oversee and direct movers and/or removal services
- Able to perform basic data entry in MS Word, Excel
- Able to carry relatively heavy boxes and move furniture (if required)
Job Description
The temp staff will assist the department in organising and managing the office relocation from Level 8 to Level 5. He/she will be responsible for inventory compilation, asset categorisation, packing and labelling of office materials including stationery, registry files, corporate gifts and equipment.The role includes overseeing the physical movement process, managing key systems, and setting up the new meeting rooms and common areas for the new Level 5 Office. Staff will also assist in preparing documentation and listings to support the smooth transition and operational readiness for the department.
