Corporate Communications Executive / Senior Executive

Location: Hougang Nursing Home

We are looking for a Corporate Communications Executive / Senior Executive to strengthen Vanguard Healthcare’s brand presence, drive impactful communications strategy and support the development of strategic plans to align with Vanguard Healthcare’s purpose.

Key Responsibilities

• Support internal communications, including drafting letters, speeches, annual report, publications and other presentation materials
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create content/design for internal newsletters, announcements, social media platforms and other publicity materials.
• Assess and update related workflows and SOPs to improve efficiency.
• Curate and maintain content on intranet to ensure information is current and accessible.
• Support staff engagement campaigns and values-driven initiatives to strengthen organisational culture and staff belonging.

• Serve as the first point of contact to identify, resolves client issues and enquires received via calls/mail/emails/social media platforms by working with internal stakeholders, and complete the necessary documentation of issues and subsequent solutions.
• Develop engaging content (articles, videos, infographics, social media posts and other platforms) to communicate Vanguard Healthcare’s purpose and services effectively through video content and new media platforms.
• Execute marketing collaterals such as brochures and flyers, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging by serving as the brand custodian, and overseeing that the external materials align with Vanguard Healthcare’s brand identity and corporate messaging.
• Monitor media coverage, industry trends and best practices.
• Contribute to crisis communications if the need arises.
• Assist with press events, speeches, media queries, and interviews.
• Support stakeholder engagement activities (e.g., events, corporate visits, community partnerships) through communications materials and event collateral

• A Degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations, or related field, or has relevant work experience in these fields
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of English.
• Strong digital and social media expertise, with knowledge of content creation.
• Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva) and basic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop) is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at various levels.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines.
• Adaptability and creativity in a fast-paced environment.
