Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support the full spectrum of sales support, office administration, and accounting activities.
- Issue Purchase Orders (PO) with accurate costings, assign jobs to contractors, and ensure timely task completion.
- Liaise closely with the sales team and attend to customer enquiries in a responsive and professional manner to meet customer expectations.
- Maintain proper documentation of ROs, POs, shipments, invoices, and tax filings to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance.
- Perform general data entry, and various administrative tasks to support daily operations.
- Ensure work premises are clean and organized, and support any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager/Executive.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- 2~3 years in relevant experience will have added advantages.
