Marketing Assistant – Language & Immigration Education Services

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Assistant to support the growth of our adult and children’s language training programmes, as well as expand into the international student and immigration markets. The ideal candidate will assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing outreach efforts, and identifying new customer segments, especially among new immigrants, expatriates, and education-seeking families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing & Campaign Support
• Assist in planning and executing digital and offline marketing campaigns to promote language programmes
• Support production of promotional materials including social media posts, EDMs, flyers, and videos
• Track campaign effectiveness and compile performance reports
• Market Development & Outreach
• Identify and engage potential leads from immigration, relocation, and study abroad markets
• Assist in outreach to schools, agents, relocation firms, and community groups
• Help organise events, info sessions, and partnership activities to promote brand awareness
• Content & Communication
• Draft engaging bilingual content for social media, blogs, and internal newsletters
• Respond to basic customer inquiries on digital platforms and forward leads to the admissions team
• Coordinate translations and localisation when targeting international markets
• Research & Competitor Analysis
• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer feedback
• Identify new marketing channels and student acquisition opportunities, particularly in the new immigrant and expatriate communities

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, education, or service industries preferred (fresh graduates welcome)
• Interest in education, languages, and cross-cultural communities
• Strong writing and communication skills (English; Chinese or other languages a plus)
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g. Canva, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Mailchimp)
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
