Our Client, an industry leader with over 40 years of experience, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as CNC Lead.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and supervise daily CNC machining operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved
• Operate, set up, and support programming of various CNC machines to manufacture precision parts and components
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications, geometric dimensions, and tolerances
• Plan machining processes by reviewing work orders, materials, machining parameters, and engineering requirements
• Monitor initial production runs and conduct in-process inspections to ensure conformance to quality plans and specifications
• Troubleshoot machining issues and provide technical guidance to CNC machinists and operators
• Coordinate with Engineering and Production teams to improve machining processes, productivity, and cost efficiency
• Perform routine maintenance and ensure CNC machines are operating at optimal performance levels
• Maintain accurate production records, inspection reports, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies
• Support training and mentoring of junior machinists and new employees

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Diploma in Precision Machining, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
• At least 5 years of relevant CNC machining experience, preferably in manufacturing or engineering industries, with prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong hands-on experience operating CNC lathes, turning, milling, and grinding machines
• Knowledge of CNC programming, including G-code and CAD/CAM software
• Experience machining metal and/or plastic products
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings, machining tolerances, and inspection requirements
• Relevant CNC machining certifications or technical training will be an added advantage
• Must have experience in CNC Milling and Turning

• Working Days/Hours: 5 days/Office hours, 8am - 5pm
• Salary: $4,500 (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
