Executive, Brand & Marketing (Retail Marketing Exp) (2-Years Contract)

Our client is one of Asia’s largest diversified real estate groups. Headquartered in Singapore, their portfolio spans across diversified real estate classes which include integrated developments, retail, office, lodging, residential, business parks, industrial, logistics and data centres.

• Salary: Up to $5,000, based on experience

• Note: The property is large, and the tenants have high demands. We are looking for someone with strong tenant management skills who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns and events, ensuring alignment with business goals, ROI, and KPIs.
• Conduct post-campaign analysis, monitor performance, manage budgets, and prepare monthly reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams, tenants, and external agencies to deliver effective marketing initiatives.
• Drive tenant participation in mall-wide programs and support CapitaLand initiatives to boost sales.
• Manage and grow our social media presence, integrating online content with offline promotions.
• Monitor social conversations and leverage insights to enhance customer experience and brand engagement.
• Maintain and update content across digital and social platforms.
• Actively market and manage in-mall advertising spaces to generate additional revenue.

Who We’re Looking For:

• A degree holder in Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in retail marketing or within advertising/events/social media agencies.
• A creative and resourceful team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools/platforms.
• Highly organized, independent, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-driven with a strong sense of accountability.
• Experience with AEM and SAP will be an added advantage.
• Willing to work in a dynamic retail environment, including weekends/public holidays as needed.
