HR Executive (Talent Acquisition – F&B) – Up to $4,000 | 5 Days | North-East

Salary: Up to $4,000/month

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for F&B outlets (service crew, kitchen staff, corporate roles)
• Partner with Operations and Hiring Managers on manpower planning and urgent hiring needs
• Source candidates via job portals, walk-ins, referrals, and other channels
• Screen, interview, and coordinate hiring to ensure fast turnaround
• Handle onboarding and preparation of employment documents
• Manage work pass applications and liaise with MOM
• Build partnerships with schools for internships and traineeships
• Track recruitment metrics, salary benchmarking, and hiring trends
• Support HR projects and ad-hoc duties

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or related field
• Experience in high-volume hiring, preferably in F&B, retail, or service industry
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in Chinese (spoken & written) would be a bonus to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders
