Job Description

Check-In Procedures (Receiving)

Perform visual check on equipment
Take photographic evidence of damaged and/or incomplete equipment. Report to supervisor
Sign on delivery note to accept complete equipment
Update SAP

e)Update SharePoint Excel tracking sheet f) Print Movement Tag and update details

Push in-House equipment to Operational Area – WIP racks h) Push Out-House equipment to Out-House WIP racks and place documents on Out-House administrators in-tray for processing

Check-Out Procedures (Dispatch)

Ensure 4-Way matching of Physical Equipment, Calibration Sticker, Movement Tag and Calibration Report b) Email equipment owners for collection c) Prepare a delivery note to dispatch calibrated equipment d) Update SAP

Monday to Friday 0800 hours – 1700 hours.

Working Location : Changi Airport
