Job description:

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, workforce needs, and hiring priorities.
• Screen resumes and assess candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.

• Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both candidates and interviewers.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including onboarding, using in-house systems such as Oracle, Eightfold, and ServiceNow.
• Support hiring managers in candidate selection, offer preparation, and offer management processes.
• Initiate onboarding activities and conduct first-day new hire orientation to ensure a smooth transition.
• Track, analyze, and maintain recruitment metrics and hiring reports to support workforce planning and decision-making.

Someone who:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in campus or intern hiring.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR systems.
• Bonus: Skills in video editing and photography are an added advantage.
