Job description:
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, workforce needs, and hiring priorities.
- Screen resumes and assess candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.

- Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both candidates and interviewers.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including onboarding, using in-house systems such as Oracle, Eightfold, and ServiceNow.
- Support hiring managers in candidate selection, offer preparation, and offer management processes.
- Initiate onboarding activities and conduct first-day new hire orientation to ensure a smooth transition.
- Track, analyze, and maintain recruitment metrics and hiring reports to support workforce planning and decision-making.
Someone who:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in campus or intern hiring.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR systems.
- Bonus: Skills in video editing and photography are an added advantage.
