Job Title: IT PMO

Contract Duration:3-6 months contract with a possibility to extend or to go perm!

We’re seeking an experienced IT PMO to manage large, enterprise-wide programs from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Lead projects, ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and budget adherence
• Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and teams
• Develop execution plans, manage resources, and oversee change management
• Represent ServiceNow initiatives across the organization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in CIS, MIS, CS, or related field
• 6-8+ years of project/program management experience
• Proven success managing multiple large projects
• Strong decision-making, negotiation, and communication skills
• Knowledge of ServiceNow required; ITIL, PMP, Six Sigma, and Agile experience a plus
