About the role

We are seeking a talented BIM Modeller cum Co-ordinator to join our dynamic team at Kim Seng Heng Engineering Construction (Pte) Ltd. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our engineering projects through building information modelling (BIM) expertise and coordination.

What you'll be doing

Creating and maintaining accurate 3D BIM models for various engineering projects
Coordinating with project teams to ensure seamless integration of BIM models into the overall project workflow
Identifying and resolving clashes and conflicts within the BIM models
Generating reports, visualisations and other BIM-related deliverables for project stakeholders
Supporting the implementation and adoption of BIM processes and technologies across the organisation
Providing training and guidance to project teams on the effective use of BIM

What we're looking for

Degree in related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM modelling and coordination, preferably in the construction industry
Proficient in the use of BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM authoring and coordination tools
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail
