Job Description:

➤ Manage and oversee daily production operations in the steel fabrication at yard.
➤ Plan and monitor fabrication schedules to ensure timely project delivery.
➤ Lead and supervise fabrication team supervisors, foremen, and workers to ensure efficient operations and achievement of production targets.
➤ Organize machines, workstations, and material flow to improve productivity and efficiency.
➤ Coordinate with Senior Factory Manager, Engineers, Procurement teams and site team for material and production planning.
➤ Ensure all fabricated steel components meet required drawings, specifications and quality standards.
➤ Ensure fabrication machines (CNC cutting, laser cutting, welding machines, etc.) are properly maintained and operated safely.
➤ Enforce workplace safety procedures and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

➤ Monitor production progress and provide regular reports to management.

Job Requirements:

➤ Diploma or Degree in Civil /Mechanical Engineering.
➤ Minimum 5 years of experience in steel fabrication production.
➤ At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
➤ Knowledge of CNC cutting machines, laser cutting machines, robotic welding, and fabrication equipment.

➤ Strong knowledge of steel fabrication processes, welding, and structural drawings.
