Logistics Supervisor (Contract Logistics / 3PL)

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (5.5-day work week)

Reporting To: Warehouse Manager

• Execute daily warehouse operations, including team briefings, task allocation, and progress tracking
• Deploy and rebalance manpower to address bottlenecks and meet operational targets
• Ensure all inbound and outbound activities meet customer and carrier cut-offs
• Enforce SOP and WMS discipline (accurate scanning, system updates, and process compliance)
• Drive operational quality by reducing mispicks, rework, and documentation errors
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper putaway, location control, and cycle count support
• Investigate discrepancies and ensure timely resolution of issues
• Manage operational exceptions such as damaged goods, missing stock, and delayed orders
• Lead, coach, and supervise warehouse staff, including attendance and discipline management
• Maintain strong 5S and housekeeping standards across the warehouse
• Provide clear shift updates and handovers, highlighting risks and recovery plans

• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in 3PL or contract logistics
• Proven ability to manage warehouse shifts and manpower planning
• Familiar with WMS and RF scanning systems
• Basic proficiency in Excel for tracking and reporting
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to enforce discipline and standards
• Safety-first mindset

• Experience in e-commerce fulfilment, retail, or fashion logistics
• Knowledge of wave planning, cut-offs, QC/returns processes, and cycle counts
