Govt Admin - Programme Operations Coordinator (Healthcare Study Support)

Salary: Up to $2,640 / month

Join a meaningful healthcare initiative and contribute to a large-scale research study focused on improving community health outcomes.

• Work closely with programme teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of the study.
• Manage participant recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on setup and operational deployment.
• Oversee the operations of health assessment kiosks during the pilot phase, including:
• Body Composition Measurements
• Hand Grip Strength Assessments
• Blood Pressure Measurements
• Waist Circumference Measurements
• Provide administrative support for data collection, reporting, and evaluation activities.
• Support day-to-day programme operations and other assigned duties.

• Minimum Diploma qualification with more than 3 years of relevant experience.
• Relevant hands-on experience working with vendors and coordinating research studies or large-scale programmes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to multitask and work independently while being a strong team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
