BIM Modeller / Architectural Drafter
- Salary: Up to $4,500 basic, depending on experience and suitability + Annual leave: 14 days + Medical fees reimbursed + Bonus subject to company performance
- Work location: Henderson Road
- Working days: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm
- Company Overview:
Our client is in the furniture and interior furnishing industry and is looking for a BIM Modeller / Architectural Drafter to support furniture and architectural BIM modelling works.
The role reports directly to the Director and is suitable for candidates who are keen to build their career in furniture, interior, architectural and BIM-related drafting work.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare furniture, interior and architectural BIM models and drawings
- Assist in creating and updating technical drawings, layout plans and 3D models
- Support drafting and modelling works using relevant design and BIM software
- Work closely with the Director and internal team to understand project requirements
- Assist with drawing amendments, revisions and project documentation
- Support coordination work when required
- Attend site visits or client meetings when necessary
- Ensure drawings and models are accurate, properly updated and completed within timeline
Requirements:
- Candidates with relevant experience in furniture, interior design, architectural, construction or fit-out background are welcome
- Entry-level candidates or candidates with around 1 year of relevant experience may apply
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D modelling, BIM modelling or rendering software will be advantageous
- Keen interest in the furniture trade and architectural BIM modelling
- Able to read and understand drawings, measurements and project requirements
