Servicenow Consultant
This role ensures that enhancements to the ServiceNow platform and automation/AI initiatives are business‑aligned, well‑designed, and delivered with quality. The BA will help drive efficiency, strengthen governance, and maximize return on the client’s technology investments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow enhancements across modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or others.
- Work with stakeholders to identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation and AI adoption.
- Develop user stories, functional specifications, process maps, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow developers to ensure accurate understanding of requirements and solution design.
- Support backlog prioritization, release planning, and delivery tracking.
- Conduct impact assessments and assist in managing change for enhancements and new automation solutions.
- Facilitate UAT, coordinate validation with business users, and ensure proper documentation.
- Maintain alignment with platform governance policies, data standards, and architectural guidelines.
- Support implementation of automation/AI use cases, including feasibility assessments, data readiness checks, and process documentation
Job Description :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in ServiceNow or enterprise workflow platforms.
- Strong understanding of ITSM processes and service workflow design.
- Experience working with automation technologies (e.g., RPA, AI/ML tools, generative AI solutions) is a strong advantage.
- Ability to create process flows, use cases, user stories, and detailed functional specs.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and requirements elicitation skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in a product-based delivery model.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
