Singaporean ONLY Supply Chain/Purchasing Executive (FMCG/Central)

Responsibilities:
- Monitoring stock level, prepare and place purchase orders with suppliers, handle shipments from supplier to warehouse and manage all related enquiries
- Forecast planning
- Work closely with internal team to aid production and delivery
- Ensure all purchasing details are kept up to date on the system
- Frequent check with suppliers on shipment schedule and stock control
- Run monthly sales report
Requirements:
- Shipping experience in supply chain (purchasing, procurement, inventory)
- Sea/Air/Land freight (any combinations)
- Customer centric; naturally build trust with both internal and external contacts
- Confident communication skills
- Proficient skills in Excel, Word, and email client (e.g., Outlook)
- Task focussed, attention to detail and highly organised
- Willing to learn and accept new challenges
