Descriptions:
- Ensure the achievement of the sales goals, enhancing and developing the business
- Provide an excellent client experience demonstrating knowledge about product, DNA and serving the client.
- Drive individual KPI goals. e.g. cross and up-selling of products, building relationships with the clients and discover new opportunities with potential clients
- Uphold housekeeping standards in all areas of the store and able to maintain the visual display of the products
- Offer exceptional service standards, suggestions and alternatives, as well as anticipating future needs
- Take a proactive learning approach in understanding best sellers, new arrivals, product knowledge and all category information
Requirements:
- With at least 2 years experience in fashion retail, preferably from luxury brands
- Presentable, energetic, self-motivated and a team player
- Sales driven and customer oriented
- Possess excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skill
