Fulfilment Planner (Supply Chain / Production Plan / Order Fulfilment / No Exp Welcomed! / East) - Geylang

Location: Loyang

• Salary: Up to $3,200 + AWS + VB
• Working hours: Mon – Fri, 8.00am – 5.30pm

• Manage the full order-to-delivery process, from purchase order processing to shipment coordination
• Responsible in managing customers’ accounts, driving shipment/revenue, reviewing on raw materials requirements and customer forecast.
• Act as main contacts for customers, coordinate with internal teams to meet customers requirements.
• Liaise with customers to handle inquiries and resolve fulfilment issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production planning and streamline logistics
• To manage, plan, analyse and oversee demand & supply commitments
• Analyse supply and demand patterns to forecast future requirements and proactively address potential issues
• Implement and support new processes to meet the evolving needs of the business.
• Manage product configurations and BOMs within the Fulfilment Database.
• To support business/department requirements through the preparation and analysis of reports
• Maintain accurate records and generate reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement
• Perform other assigned duties

• Min Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma, no experience candidates are encouraged to apply
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in material planning or production planning, preferably in the manufacturing industry would be an added advantage
• Strong interpersonal skills, analytical skills, attention to detail, and continuous improvement mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with suppliers, logistics providers, and cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS office – Excel/ PowerPoint/ Word
