Product & Marketing Executive - Bukit Merah

About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Product & Marketing Executive to support product launches and marketing activities across regional markets. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage product lifecycle tasks, prepare compelling sales tools, and support our regional marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate new product launches in partnership with internal teams (Product Development, QA, Marketing, Sales).
• Prepare product materials: specifications, USPs, comparison charts, and selling sheets for distributors and retailers.
• Request and track product samples for testing, evaluation, and demos.
• Collect vendor quotations and logistics details for new products.
• Build internal awareness through presentations and product storytelling.
• Manage product changes, including packaging, manuals, and regional adaptations.
• Support regulatory and compliance processes; compile required documents and certifications for product registration.
• Validate warranty claims and analyse defect reports; compile findings and escalate for resolution.
• Track product performance and sales data; maintain pricing and product master files.
• Oversee regular updates to catalogues, price lists, and order forms.

• Organise product training sessions and promotional events across the region.
• Coordinate the deployment and usage of brand assets across online platforms and social media.
• Manage requests for marketing assets and review campaign artworks with regional distributors.
• Track and report monthly marketing activities from all countries.
• Review and process distributor A&P claims for approval.

• 3–5 years of experience in product or marketing support roles.
• Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with international stakeholders.
• Experience working with product lifecycles, data analysis, and marketing content libraries is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP, PRISMA, or similar platforms is an advantage.
