Our client, a reputable FI is looking to fill an Operations & Client Onboarding Lead for their trading platform

Responsibilities

Build and optimize end-to-end client onboarding and KYC processes
Lead the client operations and support function
Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Legal to ensure operational processes meet regulatory standards.
Act as the internal expert on the client platform, ensuring seamless onboarding, funding, and withdrawals.
Drive process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and client experience.

What We’re Looking For

7+ years in brokerage operations, fintech operations, or trading platform support.
Process-driven with the ability to design scalable operational frameworks.
Strong stakeholder management across product, tech, risk, and compliance teams.
