1. Project Engineer (HVAC) /Up to $5,500 @Ubi

• Design, plan & oversee projects, testing & commissioning (project plans, specifications, contracts)
• Prepare design documents, submittals, and re-estimate reports.
• Ensure documentation and regularly update management on project progress.
• Conduct site surveys, plan the placement of pipework, ducts, and control panels, and attend site meetings.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Testing, commissioning, quality checks, diagnose, repair, and maintain system components.
• Assist clients in optimizing energy use, resolving faults, and providing post-installation support.
• Generate 2D engineering & electrical drawing, manage material & labor costs to meet budget requirements.
• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical with experience in HVAC & Refrigeration technologies and solutions.
• Able to commit traveling oversea when requires. Fresh graduate welcome to apply.

1. Drafter (HVAC) /Up to $5,000 @Ubi

• Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and layouts based on specifications, sketches or instructions.
• 2. Ensure adherence to drafting standards, guidelines, and industry best practices while
• Creating technical drawings (dimensions, annotations, and symbols) using CAD.
• Create technical documentation including drawings, schedules, and material list.
• Revisions or modifications to drawings as directed by project managers.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers and stakeholders to understand design requirements.
• Quality checks on drawings to ensure accuracy and comply with design standards and project specifications.
• Maintain electronic and physical files of drawings and related documentation.
