• Lead and mentor a team of design and product engineers in developing semiconductor equipment from concept to full machine realization
• Oversee product design, development, and lifecycle management for systems such as sorters, laser marking, and scanning equipment
• Drive continuous improvement (CIP) initiatives to enhance product performance, extend lifecycle, and improve cost efficiency and margins
• Ensure product reliability, feasibility testing, and validation across all engineering stages
• Act as key technical interface for Sales and Commercial teams, supporting specifications review, costing, and product evaluation
• Resolve complex field technical issues, ensuring strong product performance at customer sites
• Review and approve engineering designs, mechanical drawings, and technical documentation
• Lead investigations into design issues and implement corrective engineering solutions
• Ensure alignment between customer requirements, engineering execution, and business objectives

1. Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering field
2. Strong experience in semiconductor equipment design, product engineering, or automation systems
3. Proven leadership experience in managing engineering teams
4. Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management and reliability engineering
5. Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills
6. Ability to balance technical depth with business-driven decision making
