QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying
- Applicants with substantial experience will be considered for the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Proactive, good team player with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Reporting to Tenders & Contracts Manager
- Perform quantity take off, identifying, and measuring the quantities of materials required.
- Prepare and review contract documents, ensuring that they are clear, accurate, and aligned with project requirements.
- Assist in the procurement process, including the preparation of tender documents and contract negotiations.
- Implement and maintain cost control procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
