Assist to define IT project structure scope, target and deliverables as part of the Global Operations team

Manage smaller to medium size projects to ensure timelines and budget are within scope
Outline project planning including timelines, budget, resources and risk assessment
Work closely with internal stakeholders in the specific regions and approved third-party vendors to ensure smooth projects execution
Monitor and track project progress and prepare regular updates to relevant stakeholders and management
Assess and identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
Evaluate projects and assess results to ensure alignment with overall goals and expectations
Facilitate effective communication across project team members
Ensure all form of project documentation are completed and filed appropriately
Track project progress and performance using project management tools

Requirement

Degree in IT, Computer Science or Engineering
At least 3 - 5 years of project / program management experience in IT infrastructure set up, managing budget, timelines and deliverables with a regional track record
PMP certification including other Data Centre certifications would be a strong plus
High proficiency in using project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Asana
Able to manage multiple projects and handling multiple priorities
Good communication and excellent presentation skills
