Information & Referral / Pre-admission of client (student)- Provide information & referral service on AWWA School's program and the application & admission process to
- Provide information and assistance to enquiries for families requiring social worker's assistance and intervention
- Maintain administrative system for record updates
- Assisting Head of Department & Social Workers through timely and accurate provision of information and data
- Providing administrative and logistical support to Department's programs and events
- Providing support to School/ AWWA wide events
- Providing guidance to new department staff and/or social work field placement students in administrative
- Undertake any other duties as directed by Head of Department, Principal, CEO or management
