Job Description (Responsibilities)

Full-time site supervision/ inspection of Structural works (with piling work), M&E works and Architectural works for the following projects:

New Erection of Institutional Building at Stevens Road.

Liaise with Consultants and Contractors involved in the projects.
Monitor and ensure all works carried out as per specifications / approved construction drawings, including any required off-site manufacturing process.
Maintain and control site records as per BCA requirements.
Maintain daily record of all works done including tests, inspections, status of work, materials & equipment on site, labour force, dayworks, inclement weather, etc. and report weekly to consultants/ Employer.
Attend all site and technical meetings

Job Requirement

Diploma/ Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering from recognized tertiary institution or local polytechnic or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in supervision of Civil/ Structural works, with experience in supervising M&E and Architectural works is privilage.
Registered with IES / ACES as Resident Technical Officer.
Currently employed with engineering consultancy firm or Service Provider
Conversant with local codes and regulations.
The individual candidate shall provide equally competent covering officer, in the event when the appointed RTO is on leave.
Singaporean and Permanent Resident is preferrable.
