R&D Technical leader in FOL

Expertise in Quality tools to identify root cause and problem solving.
Process / machine improvement and implementation in iBGA.
Manage customer engineering builds, Qualification & New Material development.
Familiar with AEC-Q100 Reliability test & Image Sensor Failure analysis and root cause investigation.
Work with third party suppliers and identify Technology solutions to enhance Image Sensor package capabilities & reliability.
Implement solutions
Monitor & track the progress of R&D projects key deliverables to achieve defined Key Milestone and Success Criteria including regular communication with customers.
Set R&D KPI and guide the team members to achieve the goal.
Develop and qualify new products and dedife a robust process that can be used in MP.

Requirements;

Bachelor Degree in Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and/or Electronic or any related engineering discipline
Experience in high volume electronics manufacturing environment preferably in Image sensor BGA, MEMs semiconductor and/or camera module assembly. OSAT experience will be an advantage.
At least Min 15 years working experience in R&D development department. Experience in handling R&D or Process team
Technical lead in R&D projects. Knowledge and experience in Image Sensor FOL process.
