Summary:

  • The Talent Acquisition Specialist will deliver end‑to‑end recruitment support for Singapore, partnering closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to attract, assess, and hire high‑quality talent. This role focuses on operational excellence in recruitment delivery, proactive sourcing and providing market insights to support business hiring needs.

Key Responsibility Areas

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer support, and onboarding handover.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and timelines, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  • Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates and interviewers, and gather structured feedback to support hiring decisions in line with internal recruitment standards.
  • Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach, with a focus on building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Engage active and passive candidates and maintaining ongoing relationships for future hiring needs.
  • Support workforce planning by sharing market insights on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and sourcing strategies.
  • Act as a trusted recruitment partner to hiring managers, providing guidance on recruitment processes, interview best practices, and candidate assessment.
  • Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience across all stages of the recruitment journey.
  • Represent and promote the organisation’s employer brand consistently in all candidate communications.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate recruitment reports and metrics (e.g. time‑to‑hire, pipeline status, hiring progress).
  • Support recruitment initiatives, projects, and continuous process improvement effort at the Singapore and/or Asia level as required.
  • Support employer branding activities, career fairs, recruitment events, and other talent attraction initiatives as required
  • Collaborate with HR and regional TA teams to ensure consistent recruitment practices and standards across Asia.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, ideally within a corporate or MNC environment.
  • Hands‑on experience delivering end‑to‑end recruitment across professional, technical, or specialist roles.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
