Insurance Broker (Specialty / Multi-Line)

The Role
As an Insurance Broker in our Specialty practice, you will own a portfolio of clients and deliver structuring, placement and servicing across specialty lines (e.g. property, casualty, energy, cyber). You will engage with underwriters, deliver client guidance, and lead the execution of solutions that align with client goals and market dynamics.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing full lifecycle: new business, renewals, mid-term changes
- Evaluating client risk profiles and propose insurance programme solutions
- Producing underwriting submissions, market presentations, negotiating terms
- Handling endorsements, policy amendments, and client servicing requests
- Liaising with claims, analytics, underwriting, reinsurance colleagues
- Staying abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, underwriting appetite
- Upholding compliance with firm policies, market rules, and local regulation
- Maintaining precise records in our broking platform
- Cultivating new relationships and broaden your portfolio
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Risk, Business, Finance or relevant discipline
- You possess 3+ years’ commercial / specialty broking experience
- You have a Sound technical grasp of one or more specialty lines (property, casualty, energy, cyber, etc.)
- You have Experience placing business in Lloyd’s / international markets
- You are Strong persuasion, negotiation, and client communication abilities
- You have Competency in MS Office and insurance systems
- Professional qualifications (e.g. ACII, CII, CIP) desirable
- You are Self-motivated, organized, resilient, client-driven
