Key Responsibilities
Provide attentive, knowledgeable service in a refined dining setting
Guide guests through the menu with confidence and warmth
Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and floor teams to ensure smooth service
Uphold hygiene and presentation standards at all times
Assist with setup, breakdown, and daily operational tasks
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in a fine dining restaurant
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Professional grooming and a calm, confident demeanor
Team-oriented with a proactive attitude
