- Clear plates, serve food, set up tables, prepare cutlery for dine in and takeaways
- Sweep floor and keep service area clean and tidy at all times, washing of cups and other miscellaneous
- Italian Cuisine understanding and experience preferred, but OJT is provided.
- Able to work a minimum of 3 weekday lunch shifts (1030

- 4pm) depending on requirement.
