Job Scope & Responsibilities

The Sales & Marketing staff is responsible for driving business development through regular client and site visits, managing client relationships, preparing quotations and tenders, and coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure successful job award and execution.

The role involves both commercial and technical coordination to support sales growth in NDT and inspection services.

Key Responsibilities

Liaise with clients to understand technical and commercial requirements
Conduct regular client and site visits to assess scope of work, build relationships, and identify new business opportunities
Gather site information and coordinate technical requirements for quotation and tender preparation
Prepare and create accurate quotations using SAP S/4HANA
Follow up with clients on submitted quotations, clarifications, and commercial matters
Coordinate and follow up on all quotations with the Operations Team and clients until jobs are awarded
Manage and support tender preparation and submission, including technical and commercial documentation
Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, QA/QC, Engineering, Finance) to prepare and submit quotations, tenders, and contracts
Ensure quotations, tenders, and contracts comply with client specifications, quality standards, and company procedures
Maintain proper documentation and records for quotations, tenders, contracts, and awarded jobs
Support contract negotiations, revisions, and clarifications with clients as required
Monitor sales pipeline and provide regular updates on quotation and tender status
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to support repeat business and growth

Requirements, Qualifications & Preferred Background

Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, NDT, Inspection, or related field
Preferably with Sales / Marketing experience in NDT, Inspection, Testing, QA/QC, or Engineering Services
Experience in quotation preparation, tender submission, and contract coordination
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA (Sales / Quotation module) is an advantage
Good understanding of coordination with Operations, QA/QC, Engineering, and other internal departments
Experience handling industrial, marine, oil & gas, construction, or manufacturing clients will be an advantage
Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills
Able to work independently and manage multiple quotations and tenders simultaneously
Willing to attend regular client meetings and site visits
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
