Senior Accountant - Bukit Merah

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and reporting.
• Ensure accuracy, transparency, and integrity of financial statements in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Establish and maintain robust financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure operational efficiency.

• Develop strategic financial plans, models, and forecasts to support business objectives and enhance performance.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, delivering actionable insights to management.

• Design, implement, and monitor effective internal controls to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Conduct periodic audits and drive continuous improvement in financial and operational processes.

• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate financial risks, including currency, credit, and operational risks.
• Proactively implement measures to address emerging risks and support sustainable growth.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, aligning financial strategies with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial insights into business decision-making.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional certification (CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, taxation, and compliance requirements, particularly within the semiconductor industry and Singapore context.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize financial performance, improve efficiency, and manage risks in a dynamic business environment.
• Proven leadership track record in building and managing high-performing teams.
• Strong commitment to accuracy, integrity, and transparency in financial reporting.
