Business Analyst (Banks/Govt) - 1 year contract #HJX - Tampines

The ideal candidate should be a fast learner with a passion for technology, adaptability to shift across roles, and a curiosity to explore emerging tools like generative AI and hybrid cloud technology. Upon completion of the rotation, the successful associate will first be attached in the Digital Product & Services team.

• Analyse data, produce business & functional requirement documentation, produce presentation packs
• Perform testing for SIT/UAT
• Prepare communications and training deliverables for operational readiness activities
• Manage and track a set of assigned projects, plans, deliverables to required standards and signed off.
• Proactively manage the communication of status, issue, resolution and risks to the Sponsor and key stakeholders on a timely basis.
• Foster and maintain relationships with business and technology stakeholders acting as SME to senior stakeholders and/or other team members.
• Works with stakeholders in multiple channels to ensure requirements are clearly documented, are strategic, and backed by a business case, cost benefit analysis, tangible benefits and associated KPIs.
• Implement best practices and global consistency, simplifying & standardizing processes, controls and flows.
• Support stakeholders across a program lifecycle such as testing and operational readiness planning.
• Facilitate and deliver change to reduce the risk profile.
• Drives adherence to program processes, procedures, methods, and standards for program delivery
