We are seeking a visionary Design Director to lead our creative team, drive design excellence, and oversee the execution of high-impact projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong design background, leadership experience, and a passion for delivering compelling visual experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of designers, providing creative direction and mentorship.
• Develop and execute design strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee the end-to-end design process for branding, digital, print, and experiential projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, engineering) to ensure cohesive design solutions.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and clients, articulating creative vision effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 8+ years of design experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, digital, and/or UX/UI design.
• Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
