The Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop space planning and design concepts tailored to client needs
- Specify materials, colour schemes, and finishes
- Evaluate materials, effects, and project costs
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution
- Track and coordinate the progress of projects from inception to completion
Requirements:
- Certification or Diploma in Interior Design
- At least 5 years of experience in commercial OFFICE interior renovation
- Strong ability to work independently
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with English and Chinese-speaking associates)
- Proficient in SketchUp and other interior design software
- Attractive basic salary + high commission + year-end bonus
- 5-day work week
