Web Master Consultancy Pte Ltd is one of Singapore’s leading software solution providers in automotive management, offering comprehensive solutions for car dealership, auto financing, car rental, motor insurance, vehicle workshop services and more.

We are looking for an individual with a keen interest in front-end sales to join our team. As a Sales & Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting, and selling our software products to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and follow up on leads to ensure maximum sales opportunities.
Set appointments or demos to move leads into the sales pipeline.
Conduct software demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.
Assist in business development by identifying new opportunities and building relationships with potential clients.
Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions that align with company offerings.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics as set by management.
Take initiative to learn and understand how our software products function, including their features, capabilities, and underlying technology.
Use our in-house CRM system to manage and track sales activity and progress.

Qualifications:

Any educational background is welcome; we value skills, attitude, and willingness to learn over formal qualifications.
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
Results-oriented and target-driven with a strong focus on achieving sales goals.
Strong sense of ownership and responsibility in completing tasks independently.

Remuneration Package:

Basic Salary: SGD $2,800 – $3,800.
Project Sales Commission.
Recurring Revenue Incentives.
Monthly Performance Bonus.
