- Position Title: Project Sales Executive
- Working Location: Tampines North
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 9:00AM – 6:00PM)
- Salary Package: Basic salary + Commission + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Responsible for achieving individual sales targets.
- Achieving growth and hitting sales team targets.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the Head of Sales.
- Build strong relationship with Architects, Developers and Main Contractors.
- Creating product awareness to Architects and Developers for specifications of products into project tenders.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Multi-tasking and time-management to prioritize and switch between varied tasks.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Project planning and management.
- Project co-ordination, supervision and monitoring the progress of project works on site.
- Liaise with logistic department on the delivery of purchased items for project.
- Ensure project progress according to the established installation schedule.
- Inspect, resolve and monitor rectification works.
- Assist and support project management team for project progress claim and final account.
- Having good networks with the decision-makers of project developers, designers, architects, contractors, sub-contractors, Door makers and door hardware distributors.
- Excellent experience in door hardware’s solution in project sales sector is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in project sales or related.
- Skills in MS office applications i.e., EXCEL and PPT is a plus.
- Graduate of any marketing course or equivalent.
- Able to travel.
