Location: Kaki Bukit

Responsibilities:

Deliver excellent customer service by liaising with clients via email and phone
Manage sales orders, purchase orders, and invoicing using the SAP system
Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer orders; provide shipment support and updates
Handle daily processing of orders, purchases, and invoices
Prepare shipping documents including import/export paperwork, LC documentation, Bill of Lading, and AWB
Coordinate with the factory team on production schedules and shipment readiness
Ensure accurate and timely communication of documentation and information to clients, agents, shipping lines, and freight forwarders

Requirement

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word and SAP System
