WE ARE HIRING – SITE MANAGER (CONSTRUCTION)

Innovation Solutions Pte. Ltd. is a growing Singapore-based construction and general contracting company, delivering quality workmanship, timely execution, and reliable project solutions. We are seeking an experienced Site Manager (Construction) to lead and manage end-to-end construction site operations in Singapore.

Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for managing construction site works from planning to completion. The role requires strong Singapore construction experience and a well-established network of contractors and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.

• End-to-end construction site & operations management
• Manage site works from site preparation to final completion and handover
• Planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution of works
• Site supervision and coordination of workers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and timelines
• Resolve site issues, manage risks, and control project costs
• Prepare progress reports and ensure timely project delivery

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or construction-related field
• Proven working experience in the Singapore construction industry is mandatory
• Strong and active network of contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Hands-on experience in full project lifecycle: planning, foundation, structural works, finishing, and handover
• Able to prepare and understand 2D & 3D drawings/designs using AutoCAD and basic 3D design software
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple sites, manpower, and tight schedules
• Responsible, hands-on, and result-oriented mindset
