Manager / Senior Manager (Infrastructure & Facilities)

• Up to $5,500 per month
• Contract period: 1 year
• Working hours: Mon-Fri: 8.30am-6pm
• Location: Central Region

What You'll Do:

• Turn ideas into workable facility designs and development plans
• Evaluate proposals to ensure buildings are functional, maintainable, and fit for purpose
• Collaborate with project and contract teams to streamline processes and improve outcomes
• Manage procurement and oversee construction projects from start to finish
• Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to ensure quality delivery

Who We're Looking For:

• Singaporean only
• Background in architecture, building, or engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in construction, facilities, or building projects
• Knowledge of building regulations and cost estimation
